Dr Lim Mei Yian is a registered Orthodontic Specialist with the Singapore Dental Council. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery and her Masters in Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) from the National University of Singapore. As an orthodontist, she believes that every patient is different, with their own unique needs. Therefore, she is committed to designing individual treatment plans for each patient to help them achieve a beautiful smile.

How It Works
The consultation includes a 3D scan or dental mould, X-ray, and oral examination. After which, our Orthodontist will share details about your teeth and treatment plan.

Consultation & Exam
STEP 2
Visualising Your Smile
After the consultation, we will send you a 3D simulation of your smile using Invisalign proprietary ClinCheck software so that you can visualise your new smile.
STEP 3
Preparing your aligners
Once you decide to proceed with your Invisalign treatment, we will start preparing your aligners. In 3 weeks’ time, you will be able to collect your Invisalign aligners from our dental centre.
STEP 4
Tracking your progress
Once you start wearing your aligners, you will meet with our orthodontist every 4-6 weeks to review your progress and adjust your treatment depending on your needs.
STEP 5
Additional Aligners
In some cases, we may need to do additional sets of aligners in order for your teeth to shift to their ideal position.
STEP 6
Finished Treatment
The treatment should take between 3 – 18 months. After completion of your treatment, you may need to wear a retainer. This is not included in the price of your treatment.

Average Treatment of 3-9 months
Invisalign Lite is suitable for candidates with a mild to moderate form of malocclusion such as a post-braces-relapse or refinements prior to cosmetic dental surgery.
