Dr Karen Tsai graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 2011. 

She has had the privilege of providing dental care at various public institutions such as National Healthcare Group (Hougang) Polyclinic, National Dental Centre and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital Dental Clinic. Dr Karen is a member of the College of General Dental Practitioners Singapore and regularly attends dental courses to grow to provide better dental care for her patients. 

She has special interests in Implants, Wisdom Tooth Surgery and Crowns. Her patients know her for being gentle and approachable and she strongly believes in helping patients to eat and live better by providing quality dental care for them. Her friendliness and bubbly personality has helped many anxious patients at Joy Dental feel comfortable during dental treatment. She is married to a loving husband and enjoys spending time with her children on her off days. In her free time, she enjoys reading.
